Sharlopov Hotels is a symbol of Bulgarian hospitality
A family-owned hotel chain with over 25 years of history, known for its dedication to authenticity, comfort, and affordable luxury. Founded with the vision to bring world-class hospitality rooted in local culture, the brand has become a pioneer in blending tradition with innovation.
Today, Sharlopov Hotels unites five distinctive destinations across Bulgaria - each with its own spirit, landscape, and atmosphere, from the mountain peaks of Pirin and Rhodope to the shores of the Black Sea.
Our mission at KICKFLIP was to build a unified yet flexible brand identity system through a strategic endorsed brand architecture - connecting five unique hotels under the redefined Sharlopov master brand while preserving the individuality of each. The project extended into the design and development of six unique websites, each reflecting the character of its destination while maintaining a cohesive visual and digital ecosystem.

The redefinition of the Sharlopov brand identity began with a clear vision – to preserve its heritage while giving new life to its iconic crown symbol.
The redesigned crown is modern and refined, yet equally majestic, representing accessible luxury and embodying the brand’s promise to make every guest feel like royalty, surrounded by elegance and comfort.

Grand Hotel Murgavets, Pamporovo
The new vision tells a story of movement and balance, where an active lifestyle meets the comfort of the mountains. It reflects the majesty of the Rhodope mountain ridges, the joy of moments spent in deep snow, and the warmth of the fireplace after a day on the slopes.

Formerly known as the legendary “Cosmos” pastry shop, established in 1972, Dolce Vista carries forward its legacy also with a renewed identity.
Located within Grand Hotel Murgavets, it was designed to complement the hotel’s new visual language while preserving its own character.
We created a new logo and menu design that honor the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship, blending nostalgia with modern elegance to create a seamless connection between tradition and contemporary design.

SPA Hotel Devin
The new visual concept is inspired by the life-giving power of Devin’s mineral water. Each line flows like a current of energy and freshness, symbolizing restoration and balance for both body and mind.

Grand Hotel Yantra
The new vision tells a story of protection and cultural depth, inspired by the grandeur of Veliko Tarnovo and Tsarevets Fortress.
Flowing lines express a sense of belonging and reverence for tradition, becoming a symbol of continuity and connection through the centuries.

Park Hotel Pirin
Rooted in the serenity of the Pirin Mountains, the identity embodies tranquility and balance, captured in the harmony of nature. Its flowing lines evoke the stillness of the forest and the calming sound of water, where body and mind find peace surrounded by timeless mountain beauty.

Sozopolis Holiday Village
The concept captures an escape into serenity, where the waves meet the shore and the endless horizon promises peace.
It reflects the gentle touch of the sun, the dance of the sea and sand, and the carefree moments when everything else fades away, leaving only a feeling of pure bliss.

More than a visual change
The project evolved over seven months - from strategic groundwork to full-scale execution.
We developed six distinct brand identities and six bilingual Webflow websites, crafting over 140 print materials and 700+ digital pages. More than 2,300 visual and textual elements were collected, digitized, and localized, while our custom-trained Sharlopov GPT model generated over 160,000 words of content.
Within six months of launch, the new ecosystem achieved a 78% increase in organic traffic and a 290% rise in active website users - turning strategy and design into measurable impact.
