Overview
Ejero came to us with a powerful idea: a social recommendation platform that digitises word-of-mouth and rewards authentic advocacy. The model was clever — prospects become customers, customers become champions, and champions evolve into true brand evangelists. But while the vision was strong, the brand and user experience weren’t keeping up, leaving the platform underpowered in terms of usability and engagement.
Our challenge was to rethink Ejero from the ground up. We started with a full rebrand, shaping a fresh identity that communicates trust and energy in a crowded ecommerce space. From there, we mapped and prototyped every user journey touchpoint, digging into pain points and eliminating friction along the way. This wasn’t just a cosmetic upgrade — it was about designing an experience that users actually want to return to.
The result of this groundwork was a comprehensive set of concepts and implementation-ready design assets, tailored for a native digital experience across all platforms. From onboarding flows to recommendation mechanics, every element was redesigned to feel intuitive, rewarding, and scalable.
